Open Call for Abstracts
We’re accepting speaker abstracts under the following categories:

Panel Sessions
Panel sessions will include at least 3 speakers and 1 moderator. Full sessions will be scheduled for 60 minutes. The selection committee selects speakers based on the value the applicant brings to the discussion. Moderators will be appointed.
Solo Presentation Format Options
Both physical and virtual solo presentations will be accepted. Accepted apeakers will receive a free entry. You must register by the speaker registration deadline of December 29th.
In-Person Live Visual Presentation
Abstracts accepted under this category will be required to prepare a 25 – 40 minute live visual presentation and present it in person in Denver, CO at the assigned date and time. Presenters are responsible for travel expenses.
Virtual Live Webinar via Zoom
Abstracts accepted under this category will be required to prepare a 25 – 30 minute live visual presentation and present it via Zoom at the assigned date and time. Live Webinars may have up to 3 presenters.
Breakout Session Live Presentation
Abstracts accepted under this category will be required to prepare a 25 – 30 minute live presentation and present it in person in Denver, CO at the assigned date and time. Live Breakout Sessions may be presented onsite and as a speaker you get the opportunit
